One of the things we’ve been talking about in the office lately is emotional home. What are the one or two emotions that you experience more than anything else? And, what we know is that three things determine your emotional home and those emotions you hang on to.
Number One is your state or your physical posture. Or the way you breather or the way your facial expressions are. The second is your story. The pattern of the language you talk yourself into others in. And the third is your focus or your strategy. The things you focus on.
So, if you find yourself with a negative emotion. Change your posture, change the language that you talk to yourself in and change what you focus on and that should be able to twist from a negative emotion to a positive emotion.
