In the office, we’ve been studying Ray Dalio’s book “Principles” and in part of the book he talks about being radically transparent and radically open-minded and that’s when humans tend to learn the most in their life – when they can truly be open-minded about what they’re learning. Be transparent about what they’re learning – go through the learning process of doing the activity – making the mistake getting a feedback loop learning it better next time. So, I would challenge everyone out there as you’re trying to learn new stuff or you want to learn new stuff be open-minded and be transparent about it and tell yourself the truth about it what it is.
