There are only four documents that are needed to pre-approve for a mortgage.
1. Two years of tax returns
2. Two years of W-2’s
3. 60 days or 2 months of bank statements
4. 1 month worth of pay stubs.

Once I have those documents, I will have enough information in order to issue a pre-approval.
