Something we’ve been talking about and asking ourselves is what is our x-factor? What makes us different than everybody else? You know, I think that’s something we can take into our personal lives, too.

What makes us different than someone else at our company? What makes us different than someone else out in the community? I think everybody should think about what makes them different than others.
