All you part-time workers out there, very important when it comes a mortgage with part time employment, we must have a two year history if we’re going to use it towards the mortgage. Now for full time employment, if there are no job gaps over the last 2 years, we really need thirty days of the full time employment history. for part time we are going to need two years history.
