Hi! I’m Matt Padgett with Keystone Mortgage. Hope you had a wonderful week.

I had the most amazing experience last week and I ran my first ultra marathon last week. It was a 50 kilometer or 31-mile trail race in the mountains. It was both horribly painful and also extremely gratifying. A couple of lessons learned:

• Number one: Always stick to your plan.
• Number two: Make sure you’re feeding your mind and body with the best possible nutrition.
• Number three: Never give up.

Perseverance is the reason that many people make it in this world. Keep pushing always.
