A book that we have been reading in the office over in the last month is called ‘Extreme Ownership’. It’s a book written by two former navy seals and what it’s pretty much talking about is that there are no bad teams, there are only bad leaders.
Whether you’re leading a family, a company or a sports team; the results are really the responsibility of the leader and the leader has to take ownership of that. They have to communicate well and make sure that all the subordinates understand. All the subordinate themselves have to lead the things that they’re doing in order for the full team to have the success. We’d love to talk about this book with you.
