So today is your day of closing, what should you expect? You should expect to bring a cashier’s check to the closing if you have to bring money. It can also be a wire transfer to the title company. You should expect to come in, bring in at least your driver’s license and possibly another form of ID. You’re going to sign the closing package, all the loan documents, the deed and you’re going to get the keys to your new house.
