Hi, Matt Padgett with Keystone Mortgage. Hope you’re having a great week. Wanted to give you an update – a market update from the mortgage side. Mortgage rates for purchases are still really really low and we are still getting people in houses every single day. People are actually finding houses now which is wonderful. On the refinance side, we’re starting to see rates creep up a little bit as we get closer to the date that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac said that they are going to increase interest rates for refinances.
