One of the most important traits of a leader is influence. You want to be able to have influence both over yourself and the people around you. The most important part about influence is being consistent and consistently doing things where people can count on you. One of the most important things that we’ve been talking about this week is just doing what you say you’re going to do, turn your “shoulds” into “musts”. Do what you say you’re going to do and you’ll have influence both over yourself and others.
