Today, I want to talk about something that I’ve talked about in the past, but it is so super important that I want to talk about it again. This is the list of items that we need from you. This is going to include things such as tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, driver’s license, social security card and things such as that. When we get you qualified for a mortgage or pre-qualified for a mortgage, we are going to send you these list of items needed.
It is imperative that we give these items from you as quickly as possible – 24 hours would be ideal. We will come and pick them up from you. You can email them to us or on all of our emails. There is a link to a server that is totally secure and you can upload all of your information there. We need to review these documents so we can be ready to put a long package together once we get the contract. Or we want to offer a pre-approval certificate. We’re going to have everything we need.
