A technique we’re using to get from where we are now to where we want to go is called ‘close the gap’.
So what we’re doing is we’re increasing our standards, improving our standards. Taking our SHOULD’S; we SHOULD work out, we SHOULD eat better and turning those into MUST. We MUST work out, we MUST eat better – as an example. So close the gap in your life. Go from where you are now to where you want to go.
