Let me tell you one thing for sure. If I knew where interest rates were going, I’d be making this video from my boat in the Caribbean. Because I will be able to pick my market and have all the money I needed. Interest rates have been fluctuating lately from the first of the year through now they’ve been going down and up and as of this morning, they’re down a little again. Does it really matter where interest rates are going?
